Look for things that haven’t been updated in a long time, like maybe your ceiling needs new tiles that have discoloration. Maybe there are some things you can do in your front yard, making it look good and presentable in public, removing stumps, overgrown vegetation, items that could possibly harm your employees and even passerby by accident, such as metal fragments, roots above ground, etc. Also, double check the interior of your business. You’ll want to look for water damage in your basement, roof, possible damage to your water heater, bathrooms, offices, etc.
