- Consider hiring a contractor for snow removal. While some building owners like to do it themselves, contractors are usually able to get to it faster, and that reduces the risk of a problem.
- Keep emergency exits clear of snow in case of emergency.
- Have an HVAC company check your heating units before it starts to get too cold.
- Consider having a thermal image inspection to reduce energy costs
